2. Sole Responsibility: You acknowledge sole responsibility for Your Content, affirming that you possess all necessary rights and are not infringing on any third party’s rights by posting it.
3. Permission and License: By posting Your Content, you grant Unfade and, as authorized by Unfade at its sole discretion, third parties, a license to use it. While Unfade does not claim ownership, this license enables Unfade and third parties to facilitate Services and promote Unfade, your shop, and other related listings across various channels and formats.
4. Scope of License: The license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and perpetual. It allows the use, display, editing, modification, reproduction, distribution, storage, and preparation of derivative works of Your Content.
5. Rights Granted to Unfade: The license empowers Unfade to promote Etsy, your shop, listings, or Services globally through any channel or format. This includes featuring Your Content on Unfade's homepage, blogs, or other promotional mediums.
6. Reporting Unauthorized Content: Unfade respects intellectual property rights. If Your Content is posted without permission, please contact us for removal. Unfade may take appropriate actions, including disabling or terminating accounts for repeat infringement, and you will be notified accordingly.
7. Inappropriate, False, or Misleading Content: You agree not to post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or violates Unfade's Policies. Additionally, refrain from posting false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content through the Services.

Legal claims related to purchased items must be directed to the seller, and you release Unfade from any claims, including those for defective items, misrepresentations, or items causing physical injury.

Users may encounter offensive or inappropriate content while using Unfade's Services. Unfade makes no representations about user-posted content's accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency, and you release Unfade from all liability related to such content.

People You Interact With:

While using the Services, interactions with other individuals, online or in person, are possible. Unfade does not extensively screen users beyond meeting compliance and legal obligations, and you release Unfade from all liability related to interactions with other users.
